Here's how to get started creating professional guitar chord diagrams.
Add finger positions
Click on any fret position to place a finger dot. Click the dot again to cycle through finger numbers (1–4), or click once more to remove it.
Mark open and muted strings
Click above a string (above the nut) to cycle between open (○), muted (✕), and no indicator.
Create a barre chord
Click and drag across multiple strings at the same fret to create a barre. You can also add barres from the right-side settings panel.
Automatic chord naming
The chord name updates automatically as you build the chord. Use the dropdown to select alternate names, or type your own custom name.
Play the chord
Click the Play button on any card to hear the chord with realistic guitar audio. Use "Play All" to hear every chord in sequence.
Export or copy
Download individual diagrams as PNG, JPG, or SVG. Copy to clipboard for pasting into documents. Export the full grid or download all as a ZIP.
Save to the cloud
Premium users can save projects to the cloud and access them from any device. Look for the Cloud Sync section in the project panel.
